Hi, I'm Adilet (people sometimes call me Adi).
I build data-based systems and improve risk intelligence at a fintech startup called Capchase. Before Capchase, I have been at Microsoft and Volvo Cars.
I co-run product/data/ai lab (in stealth mode).
I teach ai / data science and mentor graduate students. One of the reasons I started this blog is to share my knowledge and ideas in more scalable way.
Apart from my professional life, I was born and raised in historically nomadic culture and I feel privileged to be (kind of) digital nomad nowadays. I am currently based in Madrid, where I live with my family of 4. Before settling in Southern Europe I have been lucky to visit 24 countries and learn to communicate with people in 4 languages (🇺🇸 🇫🇷 🇪🇸 🇷🇺).
